Family Medicine Research Fund

 

The Family Medicine Research Fund was created in 2002 with a generous gift by a faculty member in the Department of Family Medicine to support research within the Family Medicine Research Institute. Contributions are deposited directly into the Fund where they generate revenue. The principal is not touched. This Fund provides a perpetual endowment, ensuring a future for family medicine research. We have raised approximately $12,000 and once we have $20,000 in the fund, the interest earned will be used to support family medicine research. We need your help!

Please consider contributing to the Family Medicine Research Fund. Your gift is tax deductible and also considered a donation to the University at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Goals of the Fund

  • Conducting family practice research to improve health for all.
  • Creating, evaluating and disseminating knowledge leading to improvements in the practice and delivery of primary care.

Ways to Give

  • Gifts of Cash or Stock or include us in your will
  • Faculty Payroll Deduction
  • Donate an old car to Charity Fundings, ask that proceeds go to UB Family Medicine Endowment Fund
